Apex IRC needed

Well what do you guys think? I think it would be great if Apex could get up an IRC channel. I'd be willing to be a moderator.

Hmm, I would start one up, but right now I'm on dial-up http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/frown.gif. But in a couple of months I'll be back on a T1 http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/biggrin.gif mmmmm. September 20 or so I'll have it up, but till then if anyone else wants to set it up, go for it!

i myself use to hang in efnet i heard undernet and dalnet are big but i think efnet is stilll biggest or am i wrong?

EFnet is probably the most popular one as it was(is?) the default irc servers for colleges.

Well I set up a #gotapex channel under irc.chatcircuit.com I'll have it up whenever I'm online. . . which is a lot, at least I can guarantee most nights from 11:00 p.m. pst 'till whatever. So please join me, kinda lonely in here right now.

To clarify, you need 10 supporters to start a channel. And they will come visit the channel to see if there are enough people there.
