You see, that's one of the things that is now gone from the forums. We've got more people that seem like just plain pricks. Maggie's been here for a long time and has been very tolerant with a lot of crap that's been going on. She has been very helpful to a lot of the newbie's around here including myself. I personally think that she deserves to be treated with more courtesy. Now we have some newbie named paladin calling other people a**holes. Now that's pretty classic, can you say BIPOLAR.

Not a bad looking site. The background is too bright and the blue needs to be a bit darker though.

I don't believe Apex will be miffed about this. After all competition is good. It'll be interesting to see what he thinks.

hey mags, i don't think apex has been posting referrals or demanding things. i think paladin's referring to the massive influx of folks that post non-deals in the deals section, asking for help, requesting traffic on their site, trying to get referrals and justifying their posts cuz they want to get traffic. all these folks that think that they're the victim and the world needs to help them out.
it's also a bit tiring to read a lot of posts by folks who don't bother reading 2 threads down regarding the exact thing they're asking for. i think there needs to be a whole bunch more lock downs on threads and that mail in membership +$1 thing i came up with.

I seriously wonder how you come up with some of these. This is really not meant to be an insult or a flame, Maggie, but really, how do you get from paladin's post to some implied insult against Apex? You certainly know where I stand with respect to some of the garbage coming through here nowadays, and frankly, I think you're becoming the minority. The last couple of days are a perfect example.

Penny is right and wrong- Maggie: Paladin wasn't calling Apex an *******- he was calling the people in the forums who demand stuff and post refferals *******s. But i disagree with what he had to SAY...as this site got bigger, in came the "*******s". IF that site got bigger, the *******s would flock there....
