i was wondering what is the best voltage power suply for 4 hdd's a p4 mobo and a 9800 graphics card

Do you want the best power supply... or the best power supply for the money (bang for your buck?) PC Power & Cooling probably make the best P/S... but you are gonna pay a GRIP to get one of those. ($199 for their 510W P/S http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/psu-81.html?id=xM5LkWDV) :eek:
Personally, I recommend Antec "TruePower" Powersupplies. And for your application, I'd recommend going with the True550 watt version.
I usually buy my powersupplies from Directron. They have some really good prices and I've never had a problem doing business with them.
