Dear All,
I buy stuff online all the time. I mostly have good experiences. This time I had an excellent experience.
I bought an A/V Receiver from OneCall. I had issues with my credit card company because of my shipping choices (ship to work not billing address). OneCall emailed and called until we got straightened out. I did not get the feeling I sometimes get with a company when a credit card problem crops up. That icky “you must be maxed out or a thief if the credit card company won’t approve your purchase” feeling.
I got the item and set it up but it had a malfunction. The video would start to tear and artifact after a few minutes, and after a half-hour go to blue screen (of death?). Again I called and didn’t get the “your too stupid to know” feeling. I happen to be in the computer, electronics, radar, and audio visual, etc. business so I can troubleshoot pretty well. Anyway I sent the item back and was waiting an appropriate length of time before checking on a refund/credit status. I was doing the bill pay thing with my credit cards and there was a credit with no intervention on my part! Earlier than I expected! Great stuff!
Good job OneCall!

I have had two good experiences also. They have called to confirm and then even called a few weeks later to make sure everything was OK. Cant ask for much more than that :)

I make it a point to buy from OneCall with big purchases (to me, $400+)

I also had a really good experience with OneCall when I bought my Plasma TV from there. They were very good with their communication, esp. about how the entire process was to ensure that the TV wasn't damaged during transportation.

Since the purchase was over $5k (and the fact that it was an online purchase - out of state), my credit card company also flagged the purchase, and OneCall took care of it and made sure that there were no delays in shipping out the TV.

They even called me a week later to see if I was able to set it up fine and to thank me for the purchase!

Definitely recommend.
