I went to the Ben&Jerry in Westwood and the lady there told me they can not accept the coupon for a free scoop. She said they were instructed by their managers not to accept the coupon since it's not valid. :eyebrow:

ditto, same thing happened to me. they have a print out from Corporate which tells the stores to not accept any "free" coupons.
