how long should i wait

so i bought an item on ebay. spent about 800 on it... it has been a week to the day... i paid within 24hrs and the guy has yet to answer any of my emails about ship date...but has bought 2 items on ebay since (from his feedback)... should i call paypal? or just continue waiting..?

If you've already tried contacting him, go straight to Paypal and file a Fraud report.

Make sure you do this within 30 days of your purchase.

Next step, take the steps listed below to try and reconcile with the Seller. If you have to, get the professional mediator involved.

At least you paid with PayPal... since you did, you still have some recourse there if he doesn't respond and you can refute the charges with the CC company as well. :D

just an update... he hasn't contacted me yet.. and the item has yet to arrive... i've sent him another email telling him he has 24 hrs to respond with tracking number.... god i feel dumb right now....

You should have filed a claim with Paypal a week ago. If you still haven't done so, you should start getting those wheels in motion.

Not to freak you out, but this seems VERY fishy.

The most expensive thing I ever sold on Ebay went for $627. I made sure to contact the buyer IMMEDIATELY and stayed in contact with him at every step in the process.

I know it's too late now, but I would always recommend at least one email to which you get a response before sending someone that much money.

wait, you won an ir3 AND an 01 cocker for 800? props to you if this guy actually ships...

but if not, you can never be too anal about $800. contact paypal, contact your CC company. do anything and everything to cover your bases. i hope you get your money back...or at least the items you won in that auction.

got it... he didn't send the charger though... but its basically brand new... 3200 cycles... hopper works fine.... the tank has a small cosmetic crack on the gauge but other then that is fine... :)

it can run on co2 but with a high performance gun why would you want to?
