uic uses some weird format to create passwords...must be at least 8 alpha-numeric digits...

-cannot have a legible word in the password
-at least one letter must be capitalized
-at least one letter must be lowercase
-at least one numeric digit in the middle

and more crap....
that's why i had to make my password ***********
