5.1 magnitude south of SD...unsure if more than 1...they have reported that there were 2 separate ones and then 1. Originally claimed 4.7 15 miles out of edwards AFB...then claiming the 5.1 off of Rosarito.

*update* raised to 5.2.

I like earthquakes. I missed this one (on the road, probably thought the road was just bumpy). There were two of them on different fault lines minutes apart... that's not supposed to happen.

I will repeat once again how much I prefer Hurricanes to Earthquakes! This absolutely sucks and makes me sick.

I'm sorry, but earthquakes are awesome, they're fun, and they're usually less lethal than hurricanes, at least here in Cali.

How the fruck are they fun....they make me queasy as hell and you have no clue they are coming. I can get away from a hurricane and prepare my home to prevent damage. Even during Andrew we only lost a light fixture and some shrubery.

Hurry and check in all you cali-guys, so we can stop worrying. I hope you are all safe!

I dunno a hurricane is worse to me. Because you can see it coming for weeks. Its like someone tells you that you are going to lose your house and pets and everything you own in one week and there is nothing you can do to prevent it. Its scary.

2 earthquakes within 1 min of each other. One near rosarito and one in the high desert.

5.1 and 4.7 respectively

The big one they predicted is coming!!!!!!!!! The end of California as part of the continental United States is here! I hope everyone bought some random desert land that will soon be coastal property.

Nothing felt here in El Segundo. The last large earthquake we had in Central CA (the 6.4M in Cambria) shook my building.

Go down south. Shoot, rent an east facing hotel room in Cheju-do. Enjoy. Don't take electronics that you won't mind losing to water damage.
