The title says it all! It has been soooo tough (especially for my wife) dealing with this guy needing to eat every 2-3 hours at night. There has been a slow progression to longer & longer sleep stretches though, and he has now consistantly gone for seven hours three nights in a row! The first time it actually scared us... we would wake up around three AM and go check on him, wondering why he didn't wake us up. Now we know that he is just growing up, and trying to give us a break. We love this baby!!!

sweet!!! i know what you're talking about, believe me. when austin was a baby, he would wake up at least once/night. when he was around 5 months old he had a checkup and the doc asked if he was sleeping through the night yet. we said no and he told us just to let him cry through a couple nights. worked like a charm.

we got really lucky with carter. he just stopped waking up at 10 weeks. he goes to bed at about 9:30 and is up at 6:30 now.

I am so glad you added that second sentence!

It's a great feeling when the baby sleeps through the night. I mean, you love the little guy from day one, but when he sleeps through the night, the love comes x10 :D
