I have a Dell PowerEdge 6350 for sale.
Works great. Just too big for me.
New place, no space for this.

Was running Server 2003, and SBS 2003 with out any problems.
If you supply a key for any OS (Except Unix) I will load an OS for you.

Looking for $450.00 but am open to cash/trade deal too.

Has 4 working Xeon 550 processors.
1.5 Gig or RAM
One 9 gig hard drive.

This unit has 3 power supplies, all working.

A SCSI CDROM and Floppy.

hope this Q doesn't sound foolish, but does the server have any 32bit pci slots, and how many HD's do you think I could kram in there

I need a box like this to serve up A/V content on my home netwerk. I have 7 high capacity ide drives so I would need to use a few ata cards

THe server actually houses SCSI drives, 4 of them I think,
there really is not a way to expand the hard drive capacity, but it has a usb card in it with 6 slots, so you could add a usb ata raid array

It has 3 bays for harddrives, one 5 1/4, and one floppy drive (non standard size)
The server has 32 bit slots.

If you want to see the specs on the system lookup the service tag on the dell website.

At one one of the last places I worked, I set up a AV system with firewire raid to capture streaming video off of a cc camera system for security, it worked great, very fast, pretty simple to setup.
