UT 2004 upgrade rebate from Atari?

Remember that upgrade rebate from Atari (send in the UT2003 first page of instruction booklett and UT2004 reciept, get $10 back)? (I mailed min March 19th)

Is anyone besides me still waiting for their rebate from Atari?

I scanned the rebate submission but can't find a website or phone number to check on it.

I called a month ago, and the CSR was telling me how there was a glitch in the system so that if you were one of the people who pre-ordered the game, your purchase wouldve been BEFORE the valid purchase dates for the rebate. She then tells me that they are getting it fixed.

Well, that was a month ago, and I just recently called them again last week, and the CSR told me mine is still on file, and that they're going to expidite it.

I got my rebate in the mail yesterday.

wierdest thing...I called. I wasn't on hold for more than 5 seconds, then I got a CSR, he looked up my info and said he will expedite my rebate and I should have it in two weeks or less. All quite matter-of-fact. Strange...I wonder if they would have gotten around to it if I hadn't called.

well at least you called. which means you WILL get your rebate in a coupla weeks.

i guess they got so many calls, that they're used to it being an everday occurance.
