suckage - we ordered furniture from goods (bruener) back in may - hoping it would be delivered about now. we put down 1000 in cash on it cause the sale price was for cash.

they went bankrupt monday - no orders will be delivered.....our cash is gone - we "may" be able to get 1000 worth of stuff from the show room but it won't be the stuff we wanted.....

ug................ :censored:  :pissed:

Thats terrible. Sorry bout that. Perhaps you should go to the show room, find everything you want, and then lick each and every item so you can claim it as your own. :)

that's serious suckage.

I had the same thing happen to me like 3-4 years ago. it was just a 100 buck coffee table. I don't remember if i ever saw that money...

I remember when a chain of tile stores (Color Tile) around me shut down a few years back. People that had paid deposits for orders ended up getting nothing. I got burned for a "$120" (required deposit) tile cutter that I had on loaner to install my tile that I couldn't return, but at least I got my tile.
