i have an option of getting a GTI GLS or a Civic...im gonna lease it and they both run around the same price with no money down around 299...what do you guys suggest? im still leaving my options to other cars..but these two seem the funnest to drive.

I think the turbocharged VR6 can push over 500HPs. Pretty nuts.

Actually, I'm on crack. It was only 361HP at the wheels.

actually...the gti gls doesn't have the vr6 engine..thats way too expensive for me..
the celica looks like a wedge of cheese on wheels to me..but a lot of my friends sweat it.

Hmm, I'd go euro all the way. That was easy :P didn't even have to mention how crappy the celica looks these days. Especialyly with those three-deminsional headlights or are they suposed to be bug eyes?

All european and japanese automobile designs follow organic design principles. If you look at the front, it's designed to look like a face. headlights are eyes, grill is nose usually, and the airdam design is usually the mouth. Japan-only cars have been known to sell poorly because of their non-pleasing "faces"
