So I'm driving down the road and stop at a stop light. I look to my right and see this girl sitting there that couldn't be anymore than 14 years old. She had her pants riding rather low and her bright red thong rather high. WTF?! I want to hurt her parents.

There's actually a fairly interesting talk show called "In Bed with Susie Bright" that dealt with this subject. (Can't link it due to session ID, but you can search it at http://www.audible.com) The host's daughter, a young teen wanted to purchase just that sort of underwear. It wasn't because of sexuality at all, it was because of peer pressure.

The host compromised by buying her some ridculously expensive underwear that would still impress her peers, but wasn't a thong.

Regardless, I wouldn't blame the parents. But maybe I say that cause I'm a parent myself. Luckily, I have a boy. :)

Is your problem the fact that you were "attracted" to the sight until you realized that she was so young? Which unforutnately happens to every man. In fact, at my sisters bat mitzvah we had to (jokingly) convince my one cousin to stop looking at 2 girls. Honestly, they were friends of my sister and the same age, but if you saw them on the street you would have thought they were at least 16 if not older and were in outfits that definitely were designed to attract attention. Even my wife was suprised by their appearance and commented on the fact that when we were that age there is no way in hell anyone would wear that. (You have to love when there is over 15 years age difference between siblings....makes you feel really old)

Or was your problem the fact that she should have been shopping at Lane Bryant but instead decided that the "Colista Flockheart collection" size -2 was right for her?

hey I agree....I spend all day making sure my underwear aren't jamming up my ass-why would i intentionally wear something that would make me freak all day by ...Even if someone does wear them..showing them to others whether intentionally or not-is just plain bad manners.
