So I got my COE for my visa today and to speed things along, I filled out all my visa paperwork and headed off for the Japanese Consulate in P-town. I get there to find out they aren't open! It wasn't even 5! :( and when I got there I was bugged by a security guard. I guess I was a suspicious person because I came after business hours. oh well.

However, as I'm leaving the building a really cute girl asked me for directions. :D Sadly, I didn't know where she was looking for. :(

What are you going to Japan for? Work, travel or study (ie the Kodokan)?

I have a great travel book on Japan that is reasonably current if you want to borrow it.

What are you going to Japan for? Work, travel or study (ie the Kodokan)?
Hopefully all three. I requested to work at their office which is fairly close to the kodokan, however, I'm sure I can make due elsewhere. Also, it will be really cheap to visit other asian countries from there, I was thinking of visiting a couple.
