Even better is I should get the next one for free! (The rumored Treo Ace/ 650)
I have the BestBuy PSP, and have had to return the phone 3 times for manufacturing issues. According to their PSP they should let me return the phone for credit equal to the purchase price ($549) towards the new phone if I have had 4 replacements.
That is if Best Buy honors their PSP...

The rumor is October...but the previous rumors were this summer.
Most of what I have seen and read on the "Ace" I dont put too much faith in.
www.treoace.com has a list of the features and a sketch of what it will look like.
Personally I just want the 320x320 screen and for it to be out by Dec, so I can do the trade in with less problems. Bluetooth would be nice but is not necessary.

You mean they make phones you can carry with you? My phone doesn't have a wire to the talking thingie but I can't go much farther than the living room to use it. I thought all those people were just nuts and talking to themselves!

MSRP for that phone was $800 with AT&T Wireless. I sold my first batch of those bad boys for $1200-1600 each since I was able to get them before the general public. What people will pay to have it first... I think I still have a few in the garage. I could probably fetch $50 on eBay or something.

It's an unlocked Nokia 3390 with transluscent blue faceplate (which the camera flash obliterated... it looks waayyy better than this). Friend upgraded and gave me this phone. I get good reception on this phone, plus I can use text messaging.

Nokia 6620
Picked it up on the 9th. Got Donnie one too. I had been waiting for the new samsung, but decided that I liked this one more -- more of an upgrade from my Samsung x426.
Oh, and I picked up a tip, if you don't want to load up on full mp3s and don't want to mess with chopping them up yourself for ringtones, goto www.walmart.com , and dl the 30 sec samples in their music area. great length for a ringtone :)

Although my Nokia is a little old, I'm really liking it -- which means my next phone on Fido (yes, that's a Canadian provider) might just have to be a Nokia. Of course, I don't see a point to the funky keypad layouts like some of their phones, which is why I'd stick with a traditional keypad layout.
My 3390 works well as a phone (which is indeed the primary requirement of one of these gadgets). The only drawback is that Nokia doesn't make flip phones (which I do prefer overall -- I hate having to use keyguard all the time).

not totally crazy about nokia. they don't have any flip designs, and I'd like a flip phone. usability works ok....some minor quirks that I get kinda annoyed with, but it works.

OK, that was well timed -- I was just in the process of editing my previous post to indicate my preferrance for flip phones. :)
