w00t!
surfing with Konqueror. :)

looks nice - got pretty much everything i need in one installation. i love old hardware (IBM 600x) mixing with the latest distro - pretty much detected all the hardware, including the relatively new dlink wireless card. took a while for me to configure the wireless card though, as i had to keep clicking away to find where the heck the configuration screen for the SSID and keys are. after that im up and running.
of course, theres the obligatory post here. ;)

i think ill keep it this way, and never boot into XP again in this laptop.
runs real smooth too.

any recommended software to get with this distro?

Just out of curiosity, are there any Linux drivers for the Intel Centrino cards? (Intel PRO/Wireless 2100). Last time I tried there wasn't, which was the only thing stopping me from giving Linux a try on my laptop.
