if you had an expensive car (i.e. 360 modena, maybach, whatever) or something rare (skyline), would you rack up miles on it?
if i had a 360 or skyline, i'd drive the heck out of it for the fun factor. what about you guys/gals?

Gosh i would save it for the weekends and fun on nice trips. I do that now with my rsx for the day, and my GTO for the nice things and dates and stuff.

If it is MY car, I'm not leasing it, nor am I trying to save it for "resale value", then yeah... I'd drive the hell outta it.
Cars are built to be driven...not just looked at. But that's just my take on it.... :D

:stupid: Seriously! That's the purpose of a car, to drive it. Period.

It comes down to dollars and cents. Some people can afford to drive a Ferrari like I would drive a honda accord. It could be bought for collections or resale or whatever. I would personally drive it places. I wouldn't drive it everywhere, but I'd shine at a club or cruise on the end with it. I would drive it hard regarless. It's a sports car and it would be driven like one.

But hey... it's only money right? :hmm: :D

My friend went so far over his honda lease that he took a job a honda.
At least that was the joke at the time. My friend got screwed by another "friend" on a lease and then went way over the mileage he was supposed to use. This was right after college and he ended up getting a job with Honda and somehow got out the lease with no real penalties.
