req: prog to resize pictures

i need to resize a lot of pictures to post online. can someone recommend some software that will be able to do a lot of pictures, without me having to manaully do each one?

:stupid: That's what I use...Irfanview has more features but PowerToys Image resizer is the easiest to use.
