My condolences. I lost a high school classmate in 2002 the same way. He was driving back home to NJ the night after he graduated college and a truck hit him head on :(

Fux0r, that sucks. sorry about that. Do you have any tips on what to avoid so that doesn't happen to any of us.

i got a little more info today in school, thanks for the kind words, apparently he was going around a 90 degree corner at the bottem of a steep hill, lost control and went head on into a large truck (like one that you would use to haul apples or other fruit. I guess he went directly through the windshield into the grill of the truck and the other kid in the car was thrown 15 feet through the windshield (he is in critical condition).

i still cant seem to find the picture they had on the news anywhere, but it was really bad. The whole car (it was a tank trust me) was smashed in, the windshield was busted out, ugh

Seatbelt?
how far over the speed limit was he going?

Why are people so interested about the details about how fast he was driving or if anyone was drunk? The kid's dead - rest in peace.

eh, who are you kidding? we are human therefore we want to figure things out and bring a means to the end.

i was also interested in the details. there is a big banner set up where it happened and everything. I went down the hill today at 35 and almost lost it going around the corner, i can only imagine what it would be like at 60+
