As my good friend put it:

"May the good lord bring you lots of hoes and bling bling"

And from me:

all the best to you and yours, unless you're bad then become better!

L'Shona? Sounds like one of the names from "Freak-a-leak" (Damn, I can't find a link to that video of the girl dancing to it...)

Seriously, though...Rosh Hashana!

Ha, I slacked this year and you beat me to it! La Shana Tova Tika Tavu to you all as well!

Hope everyone had as good a dinner as we did last night, and will be having again tonight!

Last night:
Sweet and Sour Brisket, Cherry/Pinapple Kugel, Kasha and Bowties, Matzo Ball soup, Snow peas in olive oil, mashed potatoes, and home made cheesecake with Cherries.

Tonight: All I know is that its Turkey and my mom said I didnt have to help cook today. (Yes, that is right, I had to cook yesterday.....this is what happens to me as my cooking prowess is well known and documented in my family)

Man, this is the one time of year I miss my ex-inlaws. :)

At least I know where the good delis are and how to make great latkes and matzo ball soup.

I'm in college now and missing out on the good eats... I really want some matzah ball soup, particularly my grandma's. Oh well...
