ok, i was reading a review on a game that i thot was pretty interesting. the story backdrop for the game started with 3 brothers that were sent out into space to explore, and ended up becoming rather powerful with 3 new distinct technologies they found out in space. so i read that somewhere, but i have no idea what the name of the game is, and i can't find it on any reviews anymore. anyone have a clue?

Metal Fatigue...not out yet due to publisher problems.

X-Com is on last month's PCGamer CD (It has like 12 old games).

You can also find X-Com if you search for "Abandonware" on the net.

I actually just picked up X-com and X-com 2. Someone was selling their copies on Online Sale(auction site). They were for like $10 + $2 shipping. You never know where you can find buried treasure.

Ya Metal Fatigue, I have had it for a few months now, not too bad, but Diablo II takes up most of my gaming time. But I found it at http://www.godabuzz.com/ they have lots of games and stuff. should still be working, they have been changing names a few times lately but I think it is up, and they have all sorts of other games too.

Amazing, simply amazing. X-Com is awesome. I bought my copy a few years back from Office Depot for 15 bucks. What a treasure that was, it was the 3.5 disk set with box, manual, and all the assorted accessories. Unfortunately i lost it after installing it on a friend's system. Actually i have an idea who has it, but they would say i lost it. Anyways, i want that game again.
