Evidence of ghosts?

I'm a pretty skeptical guy, but when stuff like this (http://home.comcast.net/~steve.lazarus/ghosts.html) comes along, I find it hard to just rationalize it away.

It's a little tough to hear in spots, but it's pretty good evidence, I'd say.
