Celebrity look alike annoyances

I dont know what the hell happened, but a little over a year ago, maybe two, everyone and their mother started saying that I look remarkably like Ben Affleck. It has gotten to the point that nearly everytime I go out anywhere, someone comes up to me and says, Do people tell you that you look exactly like Ben Affleck?

Now I guess there are worse things that could happen and worse people that I could be compared with, but honestly I am getting really tired of this. Even people who I have known for a while (acquaintances, not good friends) are saying I have never noticed it, but you look like Ben Affleck.

Personally, i dont think I look anything like him. I didnt really do anything to change my appearance (although in 2001, I did cut off my long hair but that was long before this started)

Does anyone else have this problem? I know we had a thread about who do you look like, but is anyone else routinely stopped everywhere they go?

My drivers license, but I don't own a scanner. The picture was taken about 2 days after I had shaved my head. They made me take my glasses off so my eyes are squinty (like i'm trying to mad dog :heh: ) and I have a black hoodie on (which is a favorite of some of the 'heads). The chin hair (http://www.nijaizkewl.com/images/personal/goat.jpg) (which is much longer than that now) doesn't help either.

Mostly, I think they just said it, because I have a receeding hairline :(

Roni has posted his pic before because he had an odd resemblance to his old avatar (at least, i believe that's Roni if i'm remembering right)... ray and nija were both at the So-Cal get together, and are in the pics...and WL has posted her pics a number of times before, plus if you're clever, you can find her personal site. (btw, WL, i can see oh-so-slightly a resemblance to alyssa milano... something about your smile and of course there's the obvious coloring). Nickel has her bottom half floating around, though i've never seen her top half (hey, Nickel, can i get a pm with your pic? i'd like to have a better visual when i read your posts... right now, i imagine the lips from your avatar)

I've had people think I'm Lyndsy Lohan. Then when I tell them I'm not her they tell me I look just like her. I find this amusing since:

1st'ly - I'm older than her by like 5 years, so I can't possibly look like her. It's actually the other way around. Only she's famous for looking like me. I think I should sue, what do you think?

2nd'ly - I don't think I look like her. Though she is very pretty and has a very unique character which I admire, we just dont look a like.

Yeah, I had to slap on a fresh coat. The last one got pretty thin.
