I think I'll get the PSP instead. That thing looks badass!

Yeah the PSP looks good. I haven't seen the killer app for the DS yet.

I LOVE my GBA, and I'm planning on getting a NDS. I'll wait until the DS versions of Zelda and Kid Icarus (and maybe FF) are released though.

true...but I think that sony has had better success showing how "neat" the psp is over the ds. Also, sony has shown more killer apps than the ds. I only need to say Metal Gear Acid and Sony wins.

With that said, i'm very interested in what nintendo's line up will be. Just don't show that damn stylus. I'm not impressed by stylus games. That's just silly.

I dont think the stylus is for games per say. It might be used in conjunction, but the games would use the normal control buttons.

How much are games for this thing? I've never owned one of these port game devices. It's not too expensive at $150 and if I don't like it I can give it to my nephews... Might be something to do.

Looks like $50.

Sucks :(

The other problem is that I don't even know what games are available at launch. That's not good.

Nintendo made it's official announcements of the DS.

First, it can download games :)

Second, 11 games on launch at $29.99 not $50 :D

I think I'm going to get it just for Mario 64.

Frankly, I dont know if I will get one. I havent personally owned a portable game system since the original gameboy came out. I remember paying several hundred dollars for it as I got it within a week of its release. That said, I bought a GBA for my wife shortly after it was released as a gift and have played it numerous times.

If I had to guess, I would say that we will end up getting one once the price comes down a bit. Its always good to have something to play around with when we are traveling.

Exactly. I don't mind waiting for car repairs, airplanes, or barbers anymore.

Dude, that PSP looks alot slicker than the NDS.

The games look alot better too. They look like playstation games but with much cleaner graphics.

Plus there's going to be an MSG (Metal Gear Solid) game on it too. Dude, I'm sold.
