EA recalls Tiger Woods for PS2
From the BBC

Tiger Woods debuted at number four in the UK games charts
Electronic Arts is taking the PlayStation 2 version of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 off European shelves due to a technical problem with the game.
The games giant said it had ordered the recall due to a performance issue, just a week after the title went on sale.

EA said only a small number of players were affected and the issue only applied to the PS2 English-language European version.

The Xbox, GameCube and PC versions of the game will remain on sale.

--------------------------------------------

Edit: Just realized this only applies to the European Version!

Wow, so they decide to recall the Euro version of TW:2005 for a "performance issue" that would only effect "a small number of players" yet they never did anything about the MAJOR physics flaw in the very popular MVP Baseball 2004 where every ball hit by a lefthanded batter had topspin on it. (the pc version of course eventually recieved a patch to fix this)

Well, MVP was made by EA Canada, that must have been the problem :)

Well Tigger Woods' performance has been subpar anyway so they better yank that off the shelves quick before he gets married, cuz we all know its downhill from that point on. :D

That's why you should play MLB2005 instead :)
