Using Gmail as file storage..... Gmail Drive...Free 1 GB online storage

GMail Drive is a Shell Namespace Extension that creates a virtual filesystem around your Google GMail account, allowing you to use GMail as a storage media.

GMail Drive creates a virtual filesystem on top of your Google GMail account and enables you to save and retrieve files stored on your GMail account directly from inside Windows Explorer. GMail Drive literally adds a new drive to your computer under the My Computer folder, where you can create new folders, copy and drag'n'drop files to.

After u done downloading, unzip it, then install and when you go to my computer, you will see a drive called Gmail Drive. Click that, sign in your gmail account and start uploading Files :cheers:

It depends on your Upload speed. It bascially creates a email and attaches this file

The Gmail drive is secure and private like your email address.... It asks for password for your accout, logs in and CReates a email and names your file name and store the info in that as attachments...

The answer to #2 is that attachments ARE limited to a max of 10MB each.

Gmail drive was working great,but now i keep getting this error..(System error message)The secutity Identifier is not from an account domain.

any idea if this program is legit? When you type in the username and password what are the odds that it gets sent to some spammer who can then sully your good name? Just wondering. Sorry to be negative.

Its not legit. Why would anyone want to hand out something that says, lets abuse the space... I would not write gmail and tell them you are doing this. Its just a gift from some bored haxors.
