I get out of my car, go inside, download the song and listen to my hearts content.

If it's a current new song: I shut it off, since I know I'll hear it again later.
If it's an old song I haven't heard in years: I sit and listen.

Kick back and rock.:stupid: Usually. If I'm late for class, then it's another matter. If I can sit back and enjoy a song, one of the highlights of my day. Especially if it's a great song. The Who-Baba O'Riley, Boston-More Than a Feeling, or some similarly great classic rock anthem.

I live for music. If its a song i'm feeling, then i dont even realize i am at my destination... or if i know people will be waiting for me, i take the long route. :)

If I have time, I sit and listen until the song is over. If not, then I turn off the engine and go to wherever I'm going to.

Most of my favorite songs are on CDs...so if I want to listen to the whole thing, I'll just skip back to the beginning of the song right before I turn my car off so it'll be playing when I come back.

Generally, I own all of the songs I really like, so I will just get out and if I really want to hear it cue it up inside. My answer might be different if my car system was anywhere near as good as my home system, but its not so its a non-issue. Its also going to depend how far I am into the song. 3 minutes into Innagodadavita isnt going to make me stay, but 24 might. :hihi:

Not with that monster song mind you, but with two others. Being either halfway through Freebird or halfway through American Pie is tough. Sit in the car for another four minutes when the errand will take two?
