Looking for best price on 13" TV

I'm looking for a cheapie 13" TV. Best price I found was $79 at buy.com's clearance site. I'm not looking for anything but cheap. Any help?

I actually bought a 13" from Target (the store) for $69.99. Its a Memorex Translucent TV. The quality is really nice but its like a gray translucent outer case. If you need more info on it then please email me.
