Tonight I tried to pricematch an LCD TV, and instead of offering me a price, the customer service rep tried to get me to buy from them at the list price stating how onecall's service is better than another authorized dealer's. I'm sure the manufacturer would love to hear that.

The rep finally matched the price after I asked if he would or wouldn't. And when I was hesitant, he offered to beat the matched price by a whopping $2! While I contemplated the purchase, he went into the car salesman lineup and started applying pressure on how I wanted a popular TV, he only had one left, and how other people had already paid full price.

Tonight's service was ridiculous and their tactics just lost them a close to $3k sale. Congratulations onecall.com! YOU SUCK!

Although they do have unbeatable service, their discounts off their prices aren't eye catchers. 1% and 5% off isn't that great, especially when 10% off coupons from Best Buy float around. But overall, if nowhere else has what you need on sale, I'd buy from onecall (got my first digicam from there)
