discount for Enterprise rent a car?

Are you a AAA member? They sometimes offer discounts on car rentals. Might be worth a check.

I have some discounts on hotels, but not cars, sorry.

Also, you might try Priceline.com. You could bid really low and see what happens. I think it gives unlimited mileage, too.

Enterprise gives discounts to those who have their cars in the shop. That discount is hard to get though because Enterprise will insist on driving up to the dealership to pick you up and take you to their office to finish the paperwork.

Also check your local Sam's Club or Bj's. You don't even need to be a member. They have a bunch of travel vouchers which include car vouchers. These are the best deals have seen.

I got one of their weekend $19.99 per day online specials last week. MAKE SURE you confirm your order via their 800#, the ordering system is buggy. and if you keep it an extra day, it jumps to 34.99 (or more).

Not necessarily true about having to pick you up from the dealer to get the "wrecked car" discount. They DO call the garage to check, so it's always a good idea to know somebody who works at a garage who can cover for you. "Oh, HIM? Yeah, his cars a wreck. I wonder how he ever got out alive. Hee hee."
