Query regarding a description

If you see a listing that says, Got|Apex Contracts Administrator 1/2, what do you think it means?

Does it mean that you are level (1/2) half or that you would be either level 1 or 2?

Obviously, the example I gave is false, but it is as good as any.

I would say probably 1st or 2nd level Adminstrator.

I would assume it would be a level one or 2.

I know a staffing company that list jobs like that, for example, sdet 1/2 or sdet level 1/2.

I guess part of the problem is that NONE of the other listings were in that format...they said "or" in between the levels.
