I just upgraded my CPU from a XP 1400+ to a 2600+, and I added a Geforce 6800.

I have 3dmarks of 6438 now.

And I can't find a game I want to test it with :(

I'm so depressed. WHAT HAVE I BECOME???? :disa: :neartears :bawl:

Doom3 with all the settings cranked WAY UP would be a good choice. :thumb:

Counter-Strike: Source will run great on yuor computer, I have a 2500+ with 6800GT and run it at 1600x1200 with everything turned up. Game looks amazing and much cooler than Doom 3.

It kinda reminds me of Half Life at times.

Graphically it's astounding.

However, it relies too much on scary things popping up from nowhere. I want to play an FPS, not resident evil.

So I pulled the trigger and got HL2 and got CS source. Played some today and it's neat.

I don't believe it's a code problem. In fact, I haven't noticed an inrease in headshots. You can actually take more hits than you used to before. There is, however, a decrease in recoil on the guns compared to previous versions which does make the game somewhat easier (at least that's the way it seems to me).

Seriously though, would it kill them to make the sniper rifles move a little as you breath so people wouldnt just sit there and point-and-click the awp like whores?
