View Full Version : NSS cake on the front porch
So, I've had a crazy crazy day, I'm feeling pretty blue and lonely, and the door bell rings. I open the door and someone had left me a homemade cake with a cheer-me-up note, and ran off. How cool are my neighbors!

It is great that you live in an area that you can trust what your neighbors bring you. In Los Angeles I would be to scared to eat it. You are obviously a great person, and it is hard for those that know you to see you going through a hard time. I hope that things get better for you.
I thought you hated your neighbors?

Wow... that is nice.
Personally, I wouldn't trust any foodstuff left out on my porch by my neighbors... :hmm:
The first question I'd ask... "So... what's wrong with it?". :shifty:

Everytime I hear of food left unexpectedly, I think of the special Krispy Kreme donuts left for a rival fraternity by one of my fraternity brothers after they mistreated him.
Lets just say that they had been layed out on the driveway (on cardboard), the guy gave them a golden shower, boxed them up using gloves, put a bow on it, and then he had a female friend write a fake note from a sorority. He then went over there early in the morning, put them on the door stoop, rang the bell and ran.

nice Kim
The sucky neighbors moved away, now I have good ones. :)
I ate a piece last night, and I'm still alive, so I guess no one is trying to poison me this week.
