You can complain to UPS and Outpost...this is also why i have all packages delivered to my workplace...always someone to sign for it

Might help to complain to DHL since thats who he said delivered it. Obviously they wont have a signature on file since you didnt get it, I would call Outpost.com and complain first, then let them hash it out with DHL. This is why DHL has insurance, they are going to end up paying for it.

I would call Outpost.com I had the same problem before notr with DHL but samething happend I call the company about it and they sent me a new one and said they would deal with it so I didn;t have too. But about a month later the guy who supposed to have deliverd it came to my door asking me crazy questions and not acting on behalf of the conmpany I had to get security to get him to leave

Asking crazy questions? Really? Hmm...what did he ask?

I wonder if they took it out of their paycheck...

Just deny that you got it. Burden of proof is on them right? Or blame outpost for not requiring a signature. Outpost can't prove you recieved it either.

I once had a package that was delivered but I never received. I called and got copy of my "signature". Someone had printed my name instead of actually signing it. The company sent me another package but I blame UPS for saying I received it at home and signed for it but actually left it with my neighbors as I found out a few weeks later.
