cordless phones have only PRPs on them product replacement plans. His camera has a PSP on them, performance service plan. And it sounds like the exchange hasnt taken place yet. the PSP doesnt guarentee a replacement, only if they do not have the parts to repair it. Sometimes they will let you upgrade within the same doller amount, but some stores will only do an exchange "spec for spec" and if spec for spec is 200 less than orig price than too bad. It is all in the fine print, I dont buy warrenties unless I read them fully, just like my lease, they were pissed I wanted to read the whole thing.

hmmmm....not happy with the upgraded camera. the pics i've taken indoors are pretty crappy. not sure if i'll keep it or return it for another one. i totally thought i'd be happy with it. i'll take a few more and make a decision. the prob is that i have a 256 xd card that cost 80 or so that would be useless w/most of the other options. i think my BIL can use it in his tho'.

you are after your 14 days, unless you actually bought the camera on nov. 1st, the first day of the holiday return period it is a 15% restocking fee since it is not defective. I have throughly leanred their return policy after they tried to screw me over recently.

I know you are not a newbie, but my pictures always look like crap indoors if I have the flash on, when their is descent light in the room.
