I got out of the house, but then a bulldozer flattened it.

Astoundingly, a bulldozer pokes through your wall. However, you have no time for surprise because the ceiling is collapsing on you as your home is unexpectedly demolished to make way for a new bypass. You are seriously injured in the process, but on your way to the hospital a fleet of Vogon Constructor ships unexpectedly arrives and demolishes the Earth to make way for a new hyperspace bypass.

heh so i finally figure out how to get of the house, but can't stop the bulldozer, or am i not supposed to.

heh interesting game. reminds me of the first kings quest i ever played.

Lay down in front of the bulldozer. Then type "wait" for a few turns until Ford shows up. Then type "Ford, what about my home?"

That should get you away from the house. Oh yeah, take the towel from Ford too.

From the Zork series. If you are in the dark for too long, a Grue will get you.
If you are playing Zork also type "plugh" and "xyzzy" w/o quotes...

In Hitchhikers, don't forget to go the bar with Ford, and eat the peanuts after teleportation...
