So I got that Soyo mobo via FedEx today, and I've been working all day to get it to work! :censored:

#1: When my Radeon9800P is installed, I get the no video beep. I checked the power connector-it's solid
#2: When I test my Radeon in my older Dell (where it came from) it works fine.
#3: When I test the mobo with an old TI4200 it works.
#4: When I swap out power supplies, I don't get anything, including beeps, just a spinning CPU fan.

I'm stumped.

Ideas?

Update:

Turns out Soyo is still turning out POSes.

Now to revert all my comps back to the way they were! (and then drive to Googlegear.com and cram this thing down their collective throats.)

Is the memory that you're using compatible with this board? I bought some Geil memory for a motherboard/CPU combo that I picked up on outpost.com. All I got were beeps after I installed everything. I ended up swapping this memory for the memory in my Dell 400SC. Now everything works.

Funny thing...every mobo I have owned before 2002 was an asus board. I still use my old P3V4X as my HTPC (P3-900)

It's a KNOWN ISSUE with this mobo-vid combo. I am just livid that ZIPZOOMripoff didn't mention this on their site. Now I get to go through an RMA.
