Anyone know of a sub-$100 external HD enclosure like this one:

I'm trying to find a way to consolidate hard drives in several systems into a single box that I can swap drives out easily.

Ya, they're priced about the same, I guess it's because the board used in these enclosures to translate the ide to usb/firewire is an expensive item by itself.

Dang, I just checked compgeeks recently and didn't see any. That's a good deal but the only problem is that one only accepts 128 gig max hds. A possibility though, thanks!
