Know a good domain-name registrar and hoster?

Hi, I wanted to open up a web site, and was wondering if anyone recommends a good domain-name registrar and/or hosting service.

I would probably be looking into a contract for a year minimum, maybe more.
Necessary: CGI-Bin, flash, java, 100mb space, 1 pop3 email, autoresponder
Prices: $150 per year, not including registration
Hopefully, I could get unlimited transfer...

Take a look at http://onestop.net . That is where I registered and they are only $11.00 for no ad advertising. Although they put a verythin branding bar at the top.
