Sharp Aquos 45" HDTV

I saw a note posted earlier trying to find the level of interest in a 45" Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV for $6800. I didn't see the post after work and did a quick search. PC Mall has it listed for $5,549.99. I don't know how fast they'd ship since the site says "Usually Ships" is "Please Call". eCost's price is a little higher at $5,939.99.

I saw it also. Later I saw Apex post a deal for it @ OneCall. I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was somewhere around $6,500. Just he pulled it after finding it cheaper @ other places online.

Unfortunately, no one else will have the unit in stock until perhaps the new year or so. Give those merchants a call. At best they'll say come back in 2005, at worst they'll say buy now, we should have it in a few days (and you'll still be waiting these next few months). :)

Maybe Best Buy will have it on their Black Friday sale. :laugh:
