I don't see the "17" LCD for only $50 more". I tried yesterday and I see it on the deals page again today. Would this computer be considered a great computer to use for business. No or very limited games will be used on this computer.

IT was there at 11:00 am CT 11/22/04 *shrug* Did you click the $499 computer on the right?

The $499 deal was there but the $50 lcd monitor wasn't there.

Click on the link from GotApex. Then click on the Dimension 3000 desktop on the right column (or "Customize" under the picture). Scroll down to "Monitor and Multimedia". Check the circle for 17" LCD Monotor at $50 extra. It's there.

Here is what I find when I scroll down to monitor, " 17 in E173FP Flat Panel Display [add $199 or $5/month1]" and I went through the link on the deal page.

You are looking at the wrong one. You want the Dell 3000 at $499, not the one at $349. Look at the one that already includes the 15" LCD monitor, not the CRT one- that is why the upgrade there costs more.
