portable heater

i need to get a heater for my room. i have no idea what to buy. my room is probably 15x15ish. just a reliable heater i guess. cost 50-100 would be preferable. thanks. (dont know if this is the right forum)

I would suggest the ones that look like fans at costco! Those are great. However, i am a cheap asian college student who is too cheap to run my furnace so i have no idea what else is out there...

My house is freezing too. You can always do what i do. Turn on all your electronics. If you have any computers, turn them on and install some distributed computing programs like Protein Folding. It'll heat up the room preeeetty quickly :)
