reasonable price for USB 2.0 pci card?

since i should be getting an iPod soon (w00t for mp3players4free.com), i've decided that it's time to upgrade to USB 2.0.

i was looking at PCI cards on ebay, and there were def. some cheap ones, but everyone seems to want redic s&h - $9-$12. Total, it looks like i could probably get one for between $12 and $25 (for a firewire/USB2.0 combo card).

what is a reasonable price to pay for USB 2.0 these days?
