Anyone have any preferences on brand of windshield and company to do the work?
I have an Accord that needs a windshield replaced. And, no, it cannot be repaired. :)

Whichever one will put it in and will cover your deductible (if you have one).
More or less, a windshield is a windshield...
I've had windshields replaced by SafeLite Auto Glass, and Auto Glass Plus... and both worked as they should. :D

Get a lifetime warranty. Many cheaper firms will not glue it right the first time, and your windshield will leak, and condensation will form at the edges.

If the vehicle is equipped with a passenger airbag, stick with someone that uses factory-approved installation methods and adhesive.
Many passenger airbags are designed to "bank" off of the windshield upon deployment; an improper installation or the wrong windshield adhesive can compromise passenger safety in a crash as a result.
If the airbag deployment pushes the windshield out of place due to inadequate adhesive then the bag may not deploy properly.

safelite as well. They make their own glass and it's nationwide coverage
I've used SafeLite two times and I was happy with them. The third time I tried to go cheap-o because I found SafeLite's prices a bit high and I ended up regretting the ****ty job.
