Hell Yes! With as much unpaid overtime as I have put in this year (and years past) the additional stress caused me to take a mental health day or two. Also, I've heard my company is trigger-happy with putting people on disability if they have been sick for more than a week or two so that 6 weeks of sick time I've accumilated won't help me one bit.

Yes, in high School, freshman year. World History 2nd Semester. I was taking the midterm exam and at the last minute I asked someone what the answer was to a question and I wrote it down. The teacher, Mr. Rose, saw me do it and gave me an F on the exam. I had an A- in that class going in and it dropped me to a B even though I aced the final. I learned my lesson.

actually the teacher was either really cool or really dumb....he just failed me on that particular test, said he saw me cheating and that was that. i didn't argue. parents never found out. i learned my lesson.......

Yep - heh used to cheat all the time in highschool we developed great methods. I would use my pocket translator during spanish tests, or tape answers to the back of candy boxes i used to eat during class. Or wear a white shirt and hide a white piece of paper in my lap and wear a hat so they couldn't see me looking down. ahh those were the days.

My boyfriend got busted for selling pot to a minor (he was a real winner all around).

Once a buddy of mine beat the tar out of someone, bad enough he ended up in the hospital. A group of friends lived in 2 apartments in the same complex, so we hid our friend while the cops were surrounding the entire complex. We turned off all our lights so the cops wouldn't think we were home and hid in the hall. We could see all the flashlights shining through our windows. Anyway, when they were done peaking thru our windows, and out of sight, I ran over to the other apartment to let them know we had Matt, and that we were hiding him. I was running around the last corner when a cop screamed at me. Scared the heck out of me. Anyway, we were successful, and no one ended up in jail. Oh, to be young and stupid again.

no. however, i once skipped out of the second half of a day long "community meeting" (otherwise known as retarded bull****) when i was in consulting. my HR rep noticed i wasn't there during the afternoon and called me on it. i told her that i had to go see my sick grandmother (who was actually dying of cancer at the time, but that wasn't reason i left) and was charging it as vacation.

1.) in freshman biology, my friend and i wrote the answers to a muscles test on the desk (they were black lab tables, so pencil writing was only visible at certain angles). but then my friend ended up putting his paper over the answers after he had gotten them, so i was copying directly off his paper. the teacher saw me, and came and told my friend to cover his work. :heh:
2.) i'm not sure if this qualifies as cheating - in freshman civics, the class was divided into four groups and each group had to write 8 or 10 questions for the chapter test. naturally, each group swapped answers with all the other groups. i had all the answers (and memorized them) but purposely missed 2 or 3 so it would look like i hadn't cheated. :2far: :heh:
