How would you know?. All I know you can trust this guy. I did an offer for him and I think 10mins after the offer went through and he got the green light he sent me 10bucks just as he promised.

Thats how the process works, you have to refer others. If you don't trust it, don't do it. Otherwise, there is no real reason not to trust him. He doesn't take your info, the actual site that he links to collects all that...and they are totally legit.
