S: Exhausted

Geh. I'm exhausted and because of it, it's making me quite depressed. I mean really depressed. It's making me suffer while at work, and while i'm not at work. I haven't been to Judo or worked out in a month because all I wanna do is go home and sleep. I don't even want to go out with my friends anymore. this sucks. :(

I feel ya. You're probably not eating well, either. The only thing that works for me is to fight the sleepyness and get on a good running and workout regimen. It goes away eventually.
