Four-hour nonstop coverage of a nonfatal fire in downtown Chicago on Monday night (http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000103&sid=alYIvMLVhpw8&refer=us). It wasn't the fact that the media covered the fire that was stupid-- it was the fact that everyone did it so badly. They all acted like it was 9/11.

I don't watch TV anymore. The stupidity of commercials got to me a couple years ago, so I stopped. It's all about TV on DVD from Netflix baby! (You can assume that, since they're shows I *want* to watch, I don't think they're stupid.)

4. Pen, I really like rolling ball pens with the ink. I don't have particularly fancy pens although when I was a kid I remember my grandfather had this really cool pen that came in a cedar box. I loved it whenever he used it because I liked to look at it and smell the box. He only took it out when he wrote in his bible, or to get me excited when he was teaching me the alphabet. It makes me tear up a little thinking that my learning the alphabet was important enough for him to use his fancy pen on it - but it wasn't a waste as I just graduated with a degree in English and Literature :cry:

1.)Yes. I totally went off on a co-worker who has to continually tell people that she had a terrible childhood (she was the middle child and her father drank and wasn't very nice to them and then her mother ..blah blah blah)..I've heard it all a zillion times..finally I said to her..WOULD YOU SHUT THE F*CK up ALREADY-nobody gives a ****. You're 52 years old-GET OVER IT ...gawd..
(ok I don't really REGRET saying it-I just wish I wasn't the one who had to do it because everyone else I work with are total douchebags who would rather talk behind HER back than tell her to her face.....)

2.)Bad Habits-yes..tons..I'm a compulsive tooth brusher..can't stand gunky teeth. I sleep to little, work too much, and have a tendancy to stay on G|A way too long at night when I should be trying to get some rest..and I pay my electric bill THE DAY before it's due and no sooner.

3)The last stupid TV show I watched was the Blue Collar Christmas show that was on last night-funny as hell but very stupid.

4.) I always write with Blue extra fine point rollerball pens by Precise, but my favorite pen is a tortoise shell ink well pen that belonged to my grandmother-I've never used it but to me it's perfect because she wrote so many lovely letters with it during her lifetime.

5.) I make myself smile everyday..hell..I make my self laugh..all it takes is one look in the mirror...what a trainwreck..time has a way of making it's mark on a person, and to me that is funny as hell. I get up in the morning and just get hysterical that I'm still breathing and walking!....on a second note-I made TWO babies crack up in the chinese restaurant last night...I have no idea why.
