I got this over at techbargains.com. It's $390 for a 40 gig iPod from HP but there's a $40 rebate and $40 iTunes download GC I think. It's new and not a refurb.
A better price without the rebate I think and without the $40 iTunes download is if you browse through the deals section from a few days ago. It's the same model 40 gig iPod from HP at Smartbargains.com for $300 bucks. You can't search for it b/c I tried that so I can enter in the 20 off 250 coupon. So you'll have to go through the link GotApex provided.
